Since being founded in 1881, Tokyo Kasei University has consistently supported women’s independence and social advancement in its pursuit of academic research that is rooted in people’s experience of everyday life. To date, over 110,000 graduates have gone on to lead active lives in various fields by using their advanced expertise. In 2014, we established the Institute for the Advancement of Woman to explore possibilities for women’s further development in the midst of a changing era. Moving forward, Tokyo Kasei University will continue to strive to offer independent student education to meet the demands of the times.
